What we Made

Porcelain, Quartz, Marble & Granite Countertops

We combine old-world craftsmanship and state-of-the-art techniques for everything from countertops, fireplaces to the walls for your home.

We do it all – at affordable prices. Whether you are remodeling, a homeowner or builders, we are your one stop for porcelain, quartz, marble, granite countertops and intergrated sinks. We fabricate our stone products from start to finish, with no subcontractors. We personally inspect every piece of stone to make sure it meets our standards, from cut to polish, to edging and size, we make sure it is top quality or we don’t sell it.

How to Measure for your Countertop

There are two options countertop fabricators use to create a countertop template. The traditional one method is known as a byhand template method. This involves using a corrugated Cardboard or plastic material, or 1/4-inch luan wood strips and hot glue to create the template. There is an art to the stick method. However, it’s more prone to error and takes more time to execute.

Digital Templating

LT-2D3D Laser Templator “digital” method is an innovative approach that uses a laptop or tablet to record measurements taken and collected using a laser. It’s more accurate, faster, and more efficient than the stick method. With computerized cutting, there is much less material waste.

Suppose you’re just replacing your countertop or up-cycling your existing base cabinets. In that case, your fabricator will get the most accurate template if your old countertops are removed. If the countertops are removed, the templator can check the cabinets to make sure they are level. Level base cabinets allow for the smoothest seams if your layout requires one. Countertop seams are often needed when working with granite or quartz if runs are 10 linear feet or longer.

Sometimes a countertop fabricator will template the countertop with the old one still in place. There are some benefits for the homeowner, for example, if they’re just replacing the countertops. Keeping the old countertop in place means that they will still have a usable sink and workspace while waiting for the new countertop to be fabricated.

If you’re remodeling your entire kitchen, make sure the new cabinets are installed and painted, the appliances are on site, and the plumbing and electrical work are complete, so your templator can get the correct measurements.

Vein Matching

Depending on the type of material you choose for your countertops, the opportunity for having veins will differ. Quartz countertops are human-made, so it is easier to create consistent veins from slab to slab to ensure that the entire pattern throughout your kitchen is uniform.

When you choose natural stones like granite and marble, the veins will vary. If you want countertop patterns that will be unique and natural, choosing stone like marble and granite is an excellent option. You can rest assured no one else will have your the same pattern
Our patented vein-matching technology creates a virtual layout of matched seams before we make a cut. This allows you to map and adjust your slabs to ensure that it is placed exactly how you would like it. It lets us create precise, creative, and unique projects while reducing waste and being cost-effective.
Natural stones feature lines known as veins. These lines give your stone an elegant, organic feel and are one of the most desirable aspects of natural stone. Veining can be dramatic and colorful or more subtle and paler. We use vein matching software from Breton to ensure that two different slabs appear to be one continue slab, with veins that match each other.
In our vein matching process, we combine and superimpose a digital image of your exact slabs, the laser optic measure from your home, and the CAD drawing of your precise layout, which allows us to determine the best possible outcome for seam matching. We design your area precisely on the slabs so that you can see exactly where stone movement and veins will flow, including how they will interact with your focal points, island, backsplash, and cutouts. We can even pull those pieces off the image so you can see how seams will match up in your kitchen when we come to install. This high-tech process creates as little waste as possible, which is good for the environment and good for your budget!. All of this is done digitally, with the option of your input, before any material is cut to ensure that your stone is exactly how you want it.

Fabrication Process

Our Fabrication process uses state-of-the-art, precision cutting equipment CNC GENYA 600 from Breton. With the addition of our precise edge and polishing machinery Flat Edge Polisher from Sasso, as well as skills hand-finishing. We can ensure that your custom-cut natural stone will be an exact fit and fabricate porcelain, marble, granite, and quartz counter tops in significantly less time and more accurately.
